Most of what will be uploaded here will be needle felted teddy bears.
What the heck is needle felting?? Glad you asked
Needle felting is basically un-spun wool, stabbed repeatedly with special wool needles to create felt sculptures. As you stab the wool, it compacts and creates the felt! From this you can shape it, bend it, and create with it! And because it compacts down there is no need for a sewing machine - or stuffing
In my case, I'll mostly be creating cute felted teddy bears and other animals.

I'll try and put down a few things people may ask but at this point I'm not sure what questions (if any) there will be. I'll add good questions to the list as I go.
Questions and Answers:
Q - So what do you use?
A - I use a lot of different things, but the main things I use are un-spun wool, special needle felting needles (which you can buy on ebay) a square of rather hard foam (to stab into, don't wanna hurt those fingers!) thread, beads (for eyes) and tooth floss! The floss is very strong and stays well in the wool so it's used to join on the head, arms and legs
Q - How long does it take you?
A - It all sorta depends on the animal I'm creating, and how much detail I add. It could be anywhere from about 5-ish hours plus. But as I get more experience I see the time getting faster!
Q - I love them, how can I buy one?
A - Well this all depends on how attached I get to my bears XD I'll definatly be selling off a few, so keep an eye on this account, my main account (=Naughty-kittykitty) or my LiveJournal. If I list some for sale I'm most likely to do it here.
Q - Why do you make them?
A - I just love adorable teddy bears. I've always been drawn to plushies, so this is no different. Plus there isn't anything more satisfying than creating a bear from scratch! And every one is unique

Ahem.
Benjamin looks great! (I cannot imagine how to get un-spun wool in such a defined form.) So here are more serious questions: These cuties are not suitable for kids, right? I assume they might not stand rough treatment very well, is that true?
Yea they are probably more like collectables, I think you can be kinda tough on them but I wouldn't risk trying it out! :3
